It's a Girl!!!

In case you haven't heard, we are having a little girl! We couldn't be more excited. I was convinced this baby was a boy so it was a surprise to me. She's very healthy and measured right on target at the ultrasound. Here are a couple pictures of the belly at 23 weeks and 4 days. ( I don't know why they turned out so fuzzy)

And here are some pictures of the boy being silly with the bubbles during his bath. His language skills have developed at an amazing rate the past few months. He speaks in full sentences a lot of the time now and he started singing the entire alphabet a couple weeks ago. He amazes me everyday! He's just growing up too fast.

This is a little late, but better late than never. It's hard to tell from the pictures but Owen was a monkey for Halloween. He did not like to keep the monkey head on so we didn't get any good pictures. It was very cold and rainy on Halloween night but we took Owen trick-or-treating to a few houses anyways. I think he had fun for the most part. At the first house he thought the lady was trying to take his pumpkin away when she was trying to put the treats in it. He caught on soon after that and thought it was pretty cool that he was getting lots of candy.

We had a lot of fun at the Post Family Farm yesterday. We had great weather for it this year.

And here is the 18 week belly. Sorry they are kind of dark and fuzzy.

More pictures from Owen's birthday

Owen is really into Curious George right now so he got a lot of Curious George presents!

Enjoying his George book while getting ready to walk out the door for church the next day.

And here are some belly pictures so you can see the progress Owen's baby brother or sister is making. These first ones are sort of "before" pictures. I was actually about 4 weeks along, we had just found out we were pregnant.

And these two are from last week, 15 weeks:

Some pictures from Owen's birthday on Wednesday ( his actual birthday). My Dad and Cindy came over for dinner. We will be having many celebrations for Owen's birthday. My mom was over on Thursday to celebrate, my inlaw's will be here Saturday and we will celebrate with my brother and sister-in-law and Owen's other cousins next weekend. Owen's going to think everyday is his birthday!

Owen's last night as a one year old! I can't believe tomorrow he's going to be 2 years old!

Wow! I haven't updated this in awhile. I've been feeling a little sick and tired lately, so sorry for the lack of posts. The reason I've been sick and tired is that we are expecting a new little one in March. Owen is going to be a big brother! I'm a little more than 13 weeks along now and starting to feel a little better. Mornings are still rough and I'm still getting sick here and there.

I have lots a pictures of Owen to post. I will post some belly pictures too soon.

Here are some pictures from when we took Owen to the Children's museum a while back:

And here are some from when Grandma and Grandpa were babysitting this weekend while we went to my cousin's beautiful wedding (of course I forgot to bring my camera to the wedding). Congrats Jen and Kevin!

Pictures from Milo and Abby's cottage a few weeks ago.

It's really hard to get this boy to slow down enough to smile at the camera to take a picture!

Owen loved playing in the water with Daddy!
